These Shared Web Hosting Terms govern the Solo, Neo, Entry, and Smart Cloud plans offered by HostupCloud. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions and the System Policies. In the event of conflict, these plan-specific terms prevail.

3. Fair Use & Resource Limits
Shared hosting is designed for standard websites. Resources are shared among all customers on the server. To ensure fair performance for all, the following limits apply:
Throttled if sustained usage exceeds 25% of a single vCPU for more than 60 seconds
512 MB per account process. Processes exceeding this limit are killed automatically
Maximum 50 concurrent connections per domain
250,000 inodes per account (files + directories + emails)
120 emails per hour per account. Bulk sending requires a dedicated email service
Unmetered on a fair-use basis. Accounts generating >10 TB/month will be contacted
