Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies HostupCloud uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It applies to hostupcloud.com and the HUCPanel control panel. This policy is part of our Data Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 22 February 2026 · Effective: 22 February 2026 · Applies to: hostupcloud.com & HUCPanel
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and collect usage statistics. Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called "first-party cookies"; cookies set by other services embedded in the page are called "third-party cookies".
2. Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the website and control panel to function. They cannot be disabled.
Functional
Remember your preferences to personalise your experience. Disabling these may reduce personalisation.
Analytics
Help us understand how the site and control panel are used so we can improve them. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymised.
Marketing / Third-Party
Used for live chat support and affiliate commission tracking. These are set by third-party providers.
3. Third-Party Services
Razorpay
Payment processing — sets cookies for fraud detection and session management during checkout.
razorpay.com/privacy
Crisp.chat
Live chat support widget — sets cookies to maintain your chat session and history.
crisp.chat/privacy
Plausible Analytics
Self-hosted, privacy-first analytics. No cookies set. No personal data collected. GDPR compliant by design.
plausible.io/privacy
Sentry
Error monitoring — collects anonymised crash reports. Session replay is disabled. No advertising cookies.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Chrome
Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
Firefox
Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Safari
Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
5. Do Not Track (DNT)
Some browsers support a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-wide standard for what sites must do in response to a DNT signal, HostupCloud does not currently respond differently to DNT requests. However, since we use Plausible Analytics (cookieless, no cross-site tracking) and do not use advertising networks, your privacy is protected regardless of the DNT setting.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove third-party services or when legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via a banner on your next visit. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Manage Your Cookie Preferences
Choose exactly which optional cookies you allow. Your preferences are saved in your browser and can be updated at any time.
