DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy
HostupCloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) 17 U.S.C. § 512, the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended), India's Copyright Act 1957 (as amended by the Copyright (Amendment) Act 2012), and the Information Technology Act 2000 (s. 79). This policy describes how to submit a valid takedown notice, our counter-notice process, and our repeat-infringer policy.

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent:

Initial acknowledgement within 24 hours; action within 72 hours of valid notice.
3. Requirements for a Valid Takedown Notice
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA takedown notice must contain all of the following:

4. Counter-Notice Process
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorisation to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to legal@hostupcloud.com.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy

| 1st valid DMCA notice | Content removed, warning issued to customer |
| 2nd valid DMCA notice | Content removed, formal written warning, possible service suspension |
| 3rd valid DMCA notice | Account terminated, no refund |
| Egregious infringement (mass piracy, CSAM) | Immediate termination, law enforcement referral |
