In the unlikely event that we don't meet our uptime guarantee, we'll compensate you according to our service level agreement. This applies to specific services including Shared Hosting, Managed Cloud VPS, Managed Dedicated Servers, and other Managed Services.
How to request credit: If you experience downtime that qualifies for a service credit, please submit a request through your client area within 7 days of the incident.
Exclusions: Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or factors outside of our reasonable control (such as DDoS attacks, third-party network issues, etc.) are not eligible for service credits.
