India Operations
HOSTUP CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered for GST in Karnataka (GSTIN: 29AAGCH5335N1Z2). Indian customers contract with the Indian entity. Subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Regulatory Compliance:
• CERT-In Directions 70B (28 Apr 2022) — IT Act 2000 §70B: Mandatory 6-hour cyber incident reporting, 180-day log retention, NTP synchronisation, 5-year subscriber data retention.
• DPDPA 2023 + DPDP Rules 2025 — Data Fiduciary obligations, Grievance Officer appointed.
• PMLA 2002 — KYC via Cashfree (RBI-licensed) and manual verification. Aadhaar Offline XML KYC accepted per UIDAI guidelines.
• IT Act 2000 + IT (Amendment) Act 2008 — Intermediary liability protections under §79, subject to IT (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021.
• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 — Grievance mechanism, product/service information disclosure.
International Operations
US customers contract with HOSTUPCLOUD, INC. (Wyoming, USA). UK customers contract with AL-GHANI NURNET CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES UK LTD, operating as HostupCloud UK, registered in England & Wales and subject to English law.
Data Protection
We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), the UK GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws. For data-related enquiries, contact privacy@hostupcloud.com.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are handled through the competent courts of the contracting entity's jurisdiction. For Indian customers: Bengaluru, Karnataka. For UK customers: England & Wales. For US customers: Sheridan, Wyoming. We encourage resolving disputes amicably via support first.
