Affiliate & Partner Programme Terms
These Affiliate & Partner Programme Terms govern participation in the HostupCloud affiliate and referral programme. By applying to and being accepted into the programme, you agree to these terms in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Enrolment
1.1You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Affiliate Programme.
1.2You must have a valid HostupCloud account in good standing (no outstanding dues or policy violations).
1.3Applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. HostupCloud reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving a reason.
1.4Approved affiliates receive a unique tracking link and access to the affiliate dashboard inside the customer panel.
1.5You may promote HostupCloud services on your website, blog, social media, YouTube channel, newsletters, or other owned media.
1.6Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of HostupCloud staff are not eligible for the Affiliate Programme.
1.7You may not participate in the programme if you operate a competing hosting business that actively solicits HostupCloud customers.
2. Commission Structure
Commission is calculated on the net revenue (excluding taxes and payment processing fees) of each qualifying sale.

2.1Commission tiers are assessed monthly based on the number of qualifying sales in the previous calendar month.
2.2Recurring commission is paid for each monthly renewal of an active subscription referred by you, for up to 12 months from the first sale.
2.3A qualifying sale is a first-time purchase by a customer who clicked your affiliate link within the past 90 days (cookie window).
2.4Commission is credited to your affiliate balance 30 days after the referred purchase clears (to allow for refunds/chargebacks).
2.5Commission is not earned on your own account purchases, purchases by family members at the same address, or self-referrals.
2.6Commission is not earned on transactions that are refunded, charged back, or reversed.
3. Tracking & Attribution
3.1Referrals are tracked using a first-click, last-click hybrid model with a 90-day cookie window.
3.2Your affiliate dashboard shows real-time clicks, conversions, pending commissions, and paid commissions.
3.3If a referred visitor clears cookies or uses a different browser/device, the referral may not be tracked. We cannot manually credit untracked referrals without supporting evidence.
3.4In cases of disputed attribution (two affiliates claiming the same customer), first-click attribution is used as the tiebreaker.
3.5Sub-affiliate or multi-level referral programmes are not supported at this time.
4. Payouts & Payment Methods
4.1Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for balances that have exceeded the minimum payout threshold.
4.2Available payout methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS for India), PayPal (international), or HostupCloud Account Credit (any region, no minimum).
4.3Bank transfer payouts require a valid Indian bank account verified with your PAN card or equivalent KYC document.
4.4International PayPal payouts are subject to PayPal's transaction fees, which are deducted before remittance.
4.5You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or withholding applicable to your affiliate income in your jurisdiction.
4.6Balances not claimed within 12 months of being earned (from the payout eligibility date) expire and are forfeited.
4.7We cannot issue payouts to third parties or accounts not registered under your affiliate account name.
5. Affiliate Obligations
5.1You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when publishing content containing your affiliate link (e.g. '#ad', 'Affiliate Link', or equivalent per your country's advertising standards).
5.2All promotional content must be accurate, not misleading, and must comply with ASA (UK), ASCI (India), FTC (US) guidelines, and applicable consumer law.
5.3You must not make guarantees about HostupCloud services that exceed what we officially offer (e.g. '100% uptime guaranteed').
5.4You must not bid on HostupCloud brand keywords (hostupcloud, HUC, etc.) in paid search advertising without prior written approval.
5.5You must promptly notify us of any errors, suspicious activity, or potential fraud you observe in your affiliate dashboard.
5.6You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account credentials.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that creates fraudulent referral tracking
6.2Sending unsolicited emails (spam) promoting your affiliate link
6.3Creating fake reviews, purchasing fake reviews, or paying for social media engagement
6.4Incentivising purchases in exchange for kickbacks, gifts, or financial rewards to the buyer
6.5Impersonating HostupCloud or creating websites that appear to be official HostupCloud sites
6.6Using HostupCloud trademarks, logos, or trade dress without prior written approval
6.7Promoting HostupCloud services on adult content, gambling, or hate-speech platforms
6.8Referring yourself, family members, or accounts you control to generate fraudulent commission
Violations of this section will result in immediate programme termination, forfeiture of all pending commissions, and may result in legal action to recover damages caused by fraudulent referral activity.
7. Programme Changes & Termination
7.1Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with 30 days written notice.
7.2HostupCloud may terminate immediately for breach of Section 6 (Prohibited Activities) or Section 5 (Obligations).
7.3Upon termination, any earned and validated commissions will be paid at the next regular payout cycle.
7.4Pending commissions (within the 30-day clearance period) are forfeited upon termination for cause.
7.5HostupCloud may modify commission rates, cookie windows, or programme terms with 30 days notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
7.6HostupCloud may suspend or close the affiliate programme at any time by giving 60 days written notice, during which earned commissions remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India (India-based affiliates), England & Wales (UK/EU-based affiliates), or Delaware, USA (US-based affiliates), consistent with the governing law applicable to your HostupCloud account agreement.
