HostupCloud Inc. Officially Incorporated in the United States

HostupCloud is excited to announce the official incorporation of HostupCloud Inc. in the United States, effective July 2024. This follows the earlier establishment of our UK entity, making HostupCloud a truly multi-national organisation.

The US incorporation marks a pivotal step in our global expansion strategy. With a legal entity in the United States, we are better positioned to serve North American enterprises, enter government and regulated sectors, and build deeper partnerships with US-based technology companies.

HostupCloud Inc. will be headquartered in Delaware and will support sales, partnerships, and customer success operations for the Americas region. US-based customers will benefit from dedicated account managers, USD billing, and soon, new US datacenter locations.
