On October 20, 2022, HOSTUP CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED was officially incorporated, marking a defining moment in the journey that began in March 2020.
The incorporation formalises HostupCloud's operations in India, providing a strong legal and corporate foundation for continued growth. With a registered entity in India, HostupCloud can now enter into formal contracts, pursue enterprise and government partnerships, and expand its team with confidence.

The company's Indian entity will oversee operations across the subcontinent and serve as the parent organisation for its global subsidiaries. HostupCloud's Bangalore datacenter, launched in 2025, is the flagship project of this entity.
